SUMMARY:Annual Board Meeting – April 2022
DESCRIPTION:\nThe Board of Directors will be holding the annual meeting on Saturday, April 9th, 2022.  The annual meeting will start at 9:30 am with a General Session meeting and will allow residents time to ask any questions. After questions, the elections will take place.\n\n\n\nAn Exec meeting will proceed the Annual meeting, at 9:00 am. Please remember that that only HOA Board members and Management are allowed in the Exec meetings.\n\n\n\nPlease note: because of outbursts at prior meetings, anyone talking out of turn and/or not allowing members of the Board to answer/speak to questions or concerns will not be tolerated and will be given one warning only and then you’ll be asked to leave. A Police Officer may be on hand.\n\n\n\nOwners and renters whom have permission from homeowner/property management are invited to attend and observe the Board of Directors and be updated on pending matters. Only owners may be heard when time is designated.\n\n\n\n\n
