SUMMARY:Annual Board Meeting – 2nd Attempt – May 2022
DESCRIPTION:\nThe Board of Directors will be holding a 2nd annual meeting on Thursday, May 12th, 2022, as the during the last annual meeting, a quorum (vote count) was not met. All votes that were submitted from that election will remain and new ballots will be sent out again to residents whom did not cast a vote. This 2nd annual meeting will start at 6:30 am for the General Session meeting and will allow residents time to ask any questions. After questions, the elections will take place.\n\n\n\nAn Exec meeting will proceed the Annual meeting, at 6:00 am. Please remember that that only HOA Board members and Management are allowed in the Exec meetings.\n\n\n\nPlease note: because of outbursts at prior meetings, anyone talking out of turn and/or not allowing members of the Board to answer/speak to questions or concerns will not be tolerated and will be given one warning only and then you’ll be asked to leave. A Police Officer may be on hand.\n\n\n\nOwners and renters whom have permission from homeowner/property management are invited to attend and observe the Board of Directors and be updated on pending matters. Only owners may be heard when time is designated.\n\n\n\n\n
