SUMMARY:Annual Board Meeting – April 2024
DESCRIPTION:\nThe Board of Directors will be holding the annual meeting on Monday, April 29th, 2024. The Board would like to apologize for this timing as this is later than normal for the annual meeting and election process, but it needed to be pushed back because of scheduling conflicts from both the board members and management.\n\n\n\nThe annual meeting will start at 6:00 pm with a General Session meeting and will allow residents time to ask any questions. After questions, the elections will take place and the results will be read.\n\n\n\nAn Exec meeting may proceed the Annual meeting, at 5:30 pm. Please remember that that only HOA Board members and Management are allowed in the Exec meetings.\n\n\n\nMeeting Rules\n\n\n\nEvery homeowner has a right to be heard and all shall be treated fairly. However, due to outbursts at prior meetings, anyone talking out of turn and/or not allowing other homeowners or members of the Board to answer/speak to questions or concerns will not be tolerated and will be given one warning only and then you’ll be asked to leave. Police officer may be on hand for special meetings or will be called to handle unruly residents.\n\n\n\nHomeowners (and renters whom have permission from the homeowner/property management listed as property owner) are invited to attend and observe the Board of Director meetings and can be updated on pending matters.
