SUMMARY:Annual Board Meeting – 2nd Attempt – June 2024
DESCRIPTION:\nThe Board of Directors will be holding a second attempt annual meeting on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024. At our first attempt, we did have meet quorem with the numbers of votes for the election, so we the meeting could not take place. All previously residents that have voted, will not need to re-cast your vote, as the previous vote will remain for the second attempt. You will be seeing more info about the second attempt soon.\n\n\n\nThe annual meeting will start at 6:00 pm with a General Session meeting and will allow residents time to ask any questions. After questions, the elections will take place and the results will be read.\n\n\n\nThere will be no Exec meeting proceeding this annual meeting.\n\n\n\nMeeting Rules\n\n\n\nEvery homeowner has a right to be heard and all shall be treated fairly. However, due to outbursts at prior meetings, anyone talking out of turn and/or not allowing other homeowners or members of the Board to answer/speak to questions or concerns will not be tolerated and will be given one warning only and then you’ll be asked to leave. Police officer may be on hand for special meetings or will be called to handle unruly residents.\n\n\n\nHomeowners (and renters whom have permission from the homeowner/property management listed as property owner) are invited to attend and observe the Board of Director meetings and can be updated on pending matters.
