The election is right around the corner and we wanted to spotlight those who are on the ballot.
We currently have two open seats and two residents on the ballot, Wayne Talbott, our current Vice President and Leah-Ann Garza.

Wayne Talbott
As your current Vice President, I have helped get this community back into shape by personally overseeing our landscaping vendor, keeping them accountable for their work and ensuring things were done correctly.
Because of the hurdles from the previous landscape vendor and the violations given to us by the city, things definitely got off to a slow start. But now this community has never looked better and that’s all thanks to the work that has been done within the past few months. Just think what we can accomplish together with more time!
Leah-Ann Garza
I’m a previous business owner and have worked with multiple HOA organizations.
Though our community has come a long way in the past few months, I am committed to doing my part to improve the overall aesthetics even more. For example, getting the rest of the walls painted can make a huge difference!
I also feel that monitoring our funds and how they are spent will play an important part for the future of this community and will ensure it can continue to thrive for many years to come.
