Parking Vote – Ballots Due May 27, 2025
I would like to apologize as I believe there was some confusion on the meeting scheduled for today.
The purpose of this meeting is to allow residents to hand-in their votes for the parking enforcement ballots that were sent out. This is not a standard meeting.
The Board will not be at the meeting to answer questions. No other HOA business will be conducted besides the collecting the of votes.
Purpose of the Vote
Greenway Parc II currently regulates public street parking. Under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1818), HOAs with declarations recorded before January 1, 2015, must now vote to retain this authority.
