    Election Results Are In…

Spoiler, there is no results. Why? Because for the 2nd time this year, we did not meet quorum. So what does that mean? Basically, it means those of us still on the board, are still on the board. Now, I know that you know that I, Jason Etzel, your President, wasn’t re-running. I have spent 6 years on as President and my free time just isn’t what it used to be. That being said, I have heard personally from residents and some by word of mouth that many of you were happy with me as President. Which is great! That…

  • Wall Repairs & Painting

    Wall Repairs & Painting

By now most of you should have noticed that the community walls have been repaired where needed, and all walls have been painted or re-painted as the case may be. Repairs include walls that had cracks or small holes, larger cracks or openings, walls that have failing foundations or support issues, were leaning out or have blocks missing or broken. We also found some pipes sticking out of walls where possibly residents have water leaking/coming through which can lead to more foundation issues in the future. Basically, if we found an issue, it was corrected. These were long over due…

Hello everyone! It has been a while since we’ve posted as there wasn’t much going on but with the rains and holidays coming up, you will start seeing some more posts coming soon. I’ve also taken time to update the whole website theme, do keeping it somewhere the same in style for now but some updates and changes will be happening when time permits. Now for the parks… While it may seem fun to take a boat or other water craft out into the park, we must insist that you do not do so. It’s unlawful and someone could get…

  • Homeless Man in Park

    Homeless Man in Park

On Thursday morning, a homeless man was seen in the smaller park off 157th and Crocus. This is right where the school bus picks up and drops off kids. The man setup a tent under the ramada and had apparently been there since the night before. The Police were called out and they told the man to vacate the community. While it took the man quickly took down his tent, he remained on property for some time. It appears he may have been recently released from a hospital has he had a plastic info wrist band on. Strangely, the man…

    New Community Manager for 2025

Though, it wasn’t long ago that we got another new community manager from Brown Management, some times things just don’t work out. As such, we now welcome Caitlin Nagle as our new manager. Welcome Caitlin! She’s not new to the company, however, and manages quite a few communities along with ours, as most managers do. She has already proven to be a great addition to the community by not only picking up right where our previous manager was, but also ensuring we get emails and updates on a timely basis; which to say is very important to us. We are…
