We value your input as a resident of our community. Beyond the usual maintenance issues like wall repairs, painting, landscaping, and tree trimming, we want to hear what YOU…

Election Results 2024
First, I must apologize for not getting this out sooner. We’ve all had things going on in the community and personally which has allowed time quickly. The new Board members are myself, and still your President, Jason Etzel, have now had a chance to get their proper seats on the Board. Brian Fodell will be Vice President and Amy Lanham as Treasurer. Brian has previous Board experience in another community as their President and is already fitting in nicely. Amy was voted onto the Board the past few months before the election, taking over a seat when another member left…

Annual Meeting & Voting Results 2024
Last night we held our annual meeting, or rather we would have, had we met quorum. But once again, we did not, and thus the current board members are still your board members for the time being. The board did have the option of holding a second ballot, but considering the couple years we haven’t met quorum as well, we opted not to. But then we figured we might as well try again. So a second attempt will be held June 4th, at 6pm. Current Board members, until the next meeting, are… Jason EtzelPresident Anthony WinklerTreasurer We did have some…

Annual Easter Egg Hunt & More

The whole community is invited come down and join in the festivities, but please know that only children 10 years and younger may take place in the egg hunt. We will have other activities and candy for everyone else. Saturdays are usually a better day to have the community get together, that way families can have Sunday for doing their own activities. There will be plenty of candy, food, drinks and fun for all! Please see below for more details and what you can do,…

HOA Assessment Fee Increase
Starting next year, in January, the HOA monthly assessment fee will be increasing to by $3 to $70 per month. As you should be aware, we did not make an increase in 2023, as we didn’t believe it to be necessary, though most HOAs make an increase of some kind every year just because they can. That is not how we think. This is not a decision we take lightly, and it is not something we want to do.. after-all we pay that fee just as you do, but because other costs go up, we also need to increase our…

Community Hauntings
We wanted to feature a couple of our residents that go way above and beyond when it comes to decorating for Halloween. Brian For the 4th year in a roll, he has ran the, “Graveyard of Gelding,” in his front yard. See the Grave Keeper and walk the path of the land of the dead. There are motion activated animatronics that move and speak, flashing lights and plenty of skulls sure to give you some creepy chills. I took more photos, but I didn’t want to ruin the surprises, so be sure to come check this out in person. You…

Halloween Costume Contest & Pizza Party 2023
It’s that time of year again.. the time when we (should) all get together to with your friends and family to scare and scream, to dress up as anything you want, to get free candy and pizza, to meet your fellow community residents and most importantly, to have fun! What’s Happening? We’ll be hosting a Halloween party in our larger park (157th and Evans) on Sunday, October 29nd, starting at 4pm until about 7pm at the basketball court. We’ll have food, a costume contest, a inflatable obstacle course and other activities so even the bigger kids can play! We’ll also…

New Soccer Net
This has been a long time coming, but the time has finally here.. we have a new soccer net in the smaller park! The smaller park is the perfect place for this as it has plenty of space and a high wall behind the net that will stop the ball from going in the street (as is most likely would have if it were in the larger park) and may even bounce off of or roll back down and come back towards you. This is also why we added a new bench to the side of the park just the…
