2022 Elections Did Not Meet Quorum
The Board of Directors held an annual meeting this past Saturday, but unfortunately there were not enough votes to make quorum for the election. This means we must hold another election/annual meeting. The 2nd attempt annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May, 12th at 6:30PM. If you did vote, don’t worry, all votes that were submitted, will remain valid and new ballots will be sent out again to residents whom did not cast a vote. You can submit your vote, via mail, email and bring it to the meeting.

Finally, on Tuesday, the meeting took place…

He has over 30 years high level business experience. A number of residents including the current Board asked for some of his insights when CMC cancelled their contract and prior Board President left. He will be happy to answer any call 1-630-240-7022. Please leave a message and he will call you back to discuss your concerns. David Gillies does this Pro Bono. The…
