Annual Easter Egg Hunt & More
This year, Easter comes early.. so we’ll be celebrating on Saturday, March 30th, starting 10:00AM. The whole community is invited come down and join in the festivities, but please know that only children 10 years and younger may take place in the egg hunt. We will have other activities and candy for everyone else. Saturdays are usually a better day to have the community get together, that way families can have Sunday for doing their own activities. Happy Easter Saturday!?
On Saturday, April 16th, starting around 10:00AM, the community will celebrate Easter by having fun in the large park. We figured Saturday would be better day to get the community together, that way families can have Sunday for doing their own activities. There are a couple of residents, Brittany and Kayci, that have volunteered to be a committee and will plan and run the event. There will be plenty of candy, food, drinks and fun for all! Large Park Receives 2nd Trash Can & Grill
You may have noticed that the larger park on 157th Dr now has a 2nd trash can and a grill installed just a way down from the ramada by some trees. We have some more plans for that area which will be coming soon and the placement of that trash can and grill there will make sense. You may also notice a big dirt spot in that area, which tends to get muddy, well the plans will take care of that issue as well. Halloween Potluck and Costume Contest Photos
The Halloween Potluck turned out to be a great day. We had quite a turn out in the end as more people showed up about half thru the event. A few other brought food and candy somehow they even started dancing in the basketball court. Please stay tuned as we will possibly be planning another event within the next month or so.

Halloween Costume Contest & Potluck 2021
In celebration of this all Hallows’ Eve, on Sunday, October 17th, in the large park, we will be having a fun filled day of food, games, costumes, candy, spooks and more! Bring your family, you friends, you ghouls, ghosts and goblins and be ready to scare and get silly. Witches and warlocks welcome. Werewolves need to be leashed. The feast to be provided by the kind folks of this here community followed by freakish fun. New Trash Cans and Grills
As some of you know, after the annual meeting on Tuesday, we had a “Meet Your Neighbor” BBQ event and we had the pleasure of cooking on the new grills added to the parks. There are basically the same type of grills we had before but they have a bit stronger grilling section. This is where the old grills seemed to fall apart on us and why they needed to be replaced. Meet Your Neighbors Community BBQ – May 2021
Follow the annual meeting, rescheduled for Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 6:00 PM, we will be having a “Meet Your Neighbor BBQ” event. As this will start just after the meeting, a suggested start time will be 7:00 PM but it may start earlier. We will be grilling hot dogs on one of the new grills that will be installed prior to the meeting. Both parks will be getting new grills and trashcans but the BBQ will be held in the larger park.
