    Many New Plants have been Planted

    As stated previously, BrightView, our landscaping vendor, has been actively planting new plants in the common areas and along the streets. We are planting over 400 new plants as well as ensuring existing plants will be getting the water they need and any unused drip lines will be capped off. Later, in a few weeks, you will notice the granite (rocks) in the common areas also be replenished. Another post will be made at that time.

    Our landscaping vendor, BrightView, wanted us to pass along this important information on formal vs. seasonal pruning. You may have noticed some shrubs looking a little bare and this downloadable article will help fill you in on how shearing is detrimental to a shrub but proper seasonal pruning can enhance it’s health over time.

  • Tree Trimming – August 2020

    Though our landscaping vendor, BightView, started a few days later than scheduled, they having begun trimming trees and taking care of other trees and branches that have fallen. Please know that it will take some time to get to all of the trees in the community but, yes, they will get to them all. If you notice any fallen branches or trees that need attention immediately, please contact our community management team as soon as possible.

  • New Landscaping Vendor

    The Board would like to welcome BrightView as our new community landscaping company. We are excited to have them and you may have already seen them out making observations and detailed notes on what needs to be done. They have, in fact, already taken care a of few branches that needed removing as well as investigate the water leakage that took place in the park last weekend, which spread onto the basketball court.
