Welcome Caitlin! She’s not new to the company, however, and manages quite a few communities along with ours, as most managers do. She has already proven to be a great addition to the community by not only picking up right where our previous manager was, but also ensuring we get emails and updates on a timely basis; which to say is very important to us. We are…

His family had tried to get a sign put up in the past letting drivers know that a blind child could be playing in the area. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, the city had denied them the requested sign. When the Board heard about this, we immediately reached out to our community manager, Rachael at Brown Management, to see if there was something we could do to help. Long story short, we connected with Rob over at AZ Spruce Up, which his company not…

  • Goodbye Thrive, Welcome Brown

By now most of you should have received a notice from Brown Community Managemet, Inc., stating that they will be our new management company starting on November 1st. This is true. Greenway Parc 2 and our past management company, Thrive, have agreed to a mutual separation. While they were not with us for very long, they did help lay the foundation to get the community moving in the right direction and the HOA Board wishes them the greatest success. We have chosen Brown Management to continue where Thrive is leaving off and we only see good things to come with…
