New Landscaper 2024
In the past 6 or 7 years, this community has been through a number of landscapers. Why? To put it lightly, they weren’t good enough. They gave excuses as to why things weren’t getting done, rather than just doing them. We had to walk the property with them, showing how “we want things done” even though they were regular things any landscaper should be doing on a regular basis, but they would say “that’s above and beyond regular.” You’d think we were asking them to make this place look like Disneyland, when all we wanted was to ensure weeds were…

Meet Your Neighbors Community BBQ – May 2021
Follow the annual meeting, rescheduled for Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 6:00 PM, we will be having a “Meet Your Neighbor BBQ” event. As this will start just after the meeting, a suggested start time will be 7:00 PM but it may start earlier. We will be grilling hot dogs on one of the new grills that will be installed prior to the meeting. Both parks will be getting new grills and trashcans but the BBQ will be held in the larger park. Many New Plants have been Planted
As stated previously, BrightView, our landscaping vendor, has been actively planting new plants in the common areas and along the streets. We are planting over 400 new plants as well as ensuring existing plants will be getting the water they need and any unused drip lines will be capped off. Later, in a few weeks, you will notice the granite (rocks) in the common areas also be replenished. Another post will be made at that time.

Yard Sale and Arrow Signs
We held a successful community yard sale event recently, and while you may post your own yard sales and directional arrow signs, we ask that you please remove them once the sale is over. We have seen many signs still up after the event and even still after more than a week. Please ensure you clean up after yourselves and remove any signs, tape, boxes or anything else you have placed.
