We would like to Congratulate Mike on Gelding Dr Winner of our “Best Christmas Decorations” Contest! Mike and his wife (sorry, didn’t catch her name), did an amazing job decorating, and not only for their decorations but also for having a cohesive theme. Community Hauntings
We wanted to feature a couple of our residents that go way above and beyond when it comes to decorating for Halloween. Brian For the 4th year in a roll, he has ran the, “Graveyard of Gelding,” in his front yard. See the Grave Keeper and walk the path of the land of the dead. There are motion activated animatronics that move and speak, flashing lights and plenty of skulls sure to give you some creepy chills. Holiday Decor & Lighting
This is just a reminder that all holiday decorations and lighting need to be taken down by Monday, Jan 30. This is the same for all holidays; all decor & lighting cannot be put out until 30 days before and must be taken down no later than 30 days after. Holiday lighting cannot be put out year round. However, outdoor landscape lighting is okay. For more information, please feel free to read the community Bylaws, CC&Rs, Design Guidelines and the State Statutes, all downloadable on our Important Documents page.

Halloween Costume Contest & Potluck 2021
In celebration of this all Hallows’ Eve, on Sunday, October 17th, in the large park, we will be having a fun filled day of food, games, costumes, candy, spooks and more! Bring your family, you friends, you ghouls, ghosts and goblins and be ready to scare and get silly. Witches and warlocks welcome. Werewolves need to be leashed.
