Resident’s Holiday Decor to be Featured on News

You may not know him by name, but you’ve almost certainly admired his incredible holiday display year after year. One of our very own residents, Kyle, will be featured on Fox10 Phoenix News on December 17th! Every holiday season — and even at Halloween — Kyle transforms his home into a magical wonderland. Every inch of his yard sparkles with festive décor, from basic lights to classic blow-molds (those classic light-up plastic characters from Santa to anything Disney), creating a display that truly brings out the childlike joy of the season. In fact, his yard is so filled up, you…

We would like to Congratulate Mike on Gelding Dr Winner of our “Best Christmas Decorations” Contest! Mike and his wife (sorry, didn’t catch her name), did an amazing job decorating, and not only for their decorations but also for having a cohesive theme. Let’s take a closer look.. the bushes in the front match colors, the animals and other characters are all in white, besides Santa, the Marry Christmas signs is a great addition and the whole yard is covered in (fake) snow.. in fact, even the side yard and little patch of land by the garage was covered as…

    Holiday Decor & Lighting

This is just a reminder that all holiday decorations and lighting need to be taken down by Monday, Jan 30. However, outdoor landscape lighting is okay. For more information, please feel free to read the community Bylaws, CC&Rs, Design Guidelines and the State Statutes, all downloadable on our Important Documents page.

    More Solar Lighting

We know there are some residents that like to utilize the park at night. where to play basketball, sit at the benches or just to walk around. While we encourage use of the park, even at night, while being respectful of neighboring homes and keeping the sound down, of course, we do want to make it a safe as possible. A months back, we added one solar light as a sort of trial, which seemed to be working successfully, so we then added one to the ramada where the table is. Again, successful. The ramada in the smaller park will…

  • Light Shines on Our Monuments

    Light Shines on Our Monuments

We have added some solar lights to the monuments as you enter from Acoma. These lights not only shine a little light on the community name but also are part of our efforts to improve the community visuals and show nearby residents and visitors that we care about our community and how it’s viewed by others. As part of those efforts to improve the community, we also are trying to make it safer. We already added one large LED solar light in the park to help bring some light to an otherwise darker area. But we have seen various people…

  • Festive Holiday Lights on Display in the Community – 2020

Festive Holiday Lights on Display in the Community – 2020

This year we had many residents showcasing their holiday flair more than ever. With twinkling lights, motion projections and fan powered blow-ups, let’s take a look at some impressive sights in the community in December 2020. This cul-de-sac all got together and strung lights from each house connecting them all. And this house takes the cake! I don’t think he could fit any more decorations if them tried.
