HOA Assessment Fee Increase
Starting next year, in January, the HOA monthly assessment fee will be increasing to by $3 to $70 per month. As you should be aware, we did not make an increase in 2023, as we didn’t believe it to be necessary, though most HOAs make an increase of some kind every year just because they can. That is not how we think. Status of Community Projects
To be more open to the community about plans in the works and the status of current projects and events, the Board has created a new page with a list of those current projects. On there you’ll find the status, the years active, and project type. You can also click on any project to search any posts that have mentioned the subject. These projects only reflect those planned since about May 2020.
