Community Yard Sale & Banners
Last we didn’t get the banners up on time like we had wanted to. We apologize for this and we wanted to extend the community yard sale event to this weekend as well. We have purposely left the banners up this whole week to help advertise the event. Rain? Yes, most likely it will rain this weekend again. So keep that in mind and use any canopies you have or leave everything in your garages and just have the door open, to show off your goods. Downed Tree and Park Erosion Updates
We had a large tree come down a few days ago during one of the high wind storms. It was located just behind one the of entry way monuments on 175th and Acoma. We have a crew on site today to remove it. It’s a big visual loss for the area and another tree should be replanted there. Lake Greenway Parc II 2021
Our water retention area which also serves as one of our parks, was flooded with about 3 feet of water during the last monsoon storm on July 25th. it was only full for a couple days though. I will need to remind everyone to please stay try to avoid the parks and any water retention areas because there could be downed tress or other debris that may cause injury.
