We would like to Congratulate Mike on Gelding Dr Winner of our “Best Christmas Decorations” Contest! Mike and his wife (sorry, didn’t catch her name), did an amazing job decorating, and not only for their decorations but also for having a cohesive theme. Garage Sale Signs – A Reminder
While we do not mind if you place flyers or boxes showcasing your garage sale, we do ask that when the garage sale is over, to please pick up/remove any signage that you have placed. Let’s all do our part to help keep the community looking great!

Blind Child Sign
It came to the attention of the Board that there is a bind child in the community. His family had tried to get a sign put up in the past letting drivers know that a blind child could be playing in the area. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, the city had denied them the requested sign. When the Board heard about this, we immediately reached out to our community manager, Rachael at Brown Management, to see if there was something we could do to help. Yard Sale and Arrow Signs
We held a successful community yard sale event recently, and while you may post your own yard sales and directional arrow signs, we ask that you please remove them once the sale is over. We have seen many signs still up after the event and even still after more than a week. Please ensure you clean up after yourselves and remove any signs, tape, boxes or anything else you have placed.
