Introducing Poor Daddy’s Landscaping
The State of the Community Good help is hard to come by. As President of this community’s Board of Directors, I can honestly say that Wayne (VP) and myself have constantly tried to get our past landscaping vendor to do what they were contractually obligated to do. In fact, Wayne has personally walked this community almost everyday for over the past 1 year and a half watching the landscaping vendor, taking notes, talking to them, pointing things out, I mean you name it. How to Report Monsoon Season Damages
While I’m sure we all know how to stay safe and to try stay indoors during the monsoon storms, what may not be clear is how to report certain things, like a downed tree, community damages or other leaking water. Lake Greenway Parc II 2021
Our water retention area which also serves as one of our parks, was flooded with about 3 feet of water during the last monsoon storm on July 25th. it was only full for a couple days though. I will need to remind everyone to please stay try to avoid the parks and any water retention areas because there could be downed tress or other debris that may cause injury.

Goodbye Thrive, Welcome Brown
By now most of you should have received a notice from Brown Community Managemet, Inc., stating that they will be our new management company starting on November 1st. This is true. Greenway Parc 2 and our past management company, Thrive, have agreed to a mutual separation. While they were not with us for very long, they did help lay the foundation to get the community moving in the right direction and the HOA Board wishes them the greatest success. We have chosen Brown Management to continue where Thrive is leaving off and we only see good things to come with…

State of Community – August 2020
While some things seem to be looking a little unsatisfactory around the community with fallen trees and plants dying, due mostly from the storms and because of remaining issues with the irrigation, but be rest ensured that the Board is on top of things. Please remember that we are mostly a new Board with a new management team and new vendors, which has led to things getting off to a slow start, and in fact, much slowing than we originally anticipated. Tree Trimming – August 2020
Though our landscaping vendor, BightView, started a few days later than scheduled, they having begun trimming trees and taking care of other trees and branches that have fallen. Please know that it will take some time to get to all of the trees in the community but, yes, they will get to them all. If you notice any fallen branches or trees that need attention immediately, please contact our community management team as soon as possible.
