Election Results Are In…
Spoiler, there is no results. Why? Because for the 2nd time this year, we did not meet quorum. So what does that mean? Basically, it means those of us still on the board, are still on the board. Now, I know that you know that I, Jason Etzel, your President, wasn’t re-running. I have spent 6 years on as President and my free time just isn’t what it used to be. Annual Meeting & Voting Results 2024
Last night we held our annual meeting, or rather we would have, had we met quorum. But once again, we did not, and thus the current board members are still your board members for the time being. The board did have the option of holding a second ballot, but considering the couple years we haven’t met quorum as well, we opted not to. But then we figured we might as well try again.
