Wall Repairs & Painting
By now most of you should have noticed that the community walls have been repaired where needed, and all walls have been painted or re-painted as the case may be. Repairs include walls that had cracks or small holes, larger cracks or openings, walls that have failing foundations or support issues, were leaning out or have blocks missing or broken. We also found some pipes sticking out of walls where possibly residents have water leaking/coming through which can lead to more foundation issues in the future. Wall Painted
Last week we posted about the wall on Acoma being repair and now it has now been painted as well.

Wall Repair
Last week we had a wall repaired along Acoma between Reems and 157th. There has been a long standing crack in this wall which for one reason or another had been ignored by past Boards. But it has not been fixed and will be painted in the following week to match the rest of the wall.
