Election Results Are In…
Spoiler, there is no results. Why? Because for the 2nd time this year, we did not meet quorum. So what does that mean? Basically, it means those of us still on the board, are still on the board. We Have A Winner!
We would like to Congratulate Mike on Gelding Dr Winner of our “Best Christmas Decorations” Contest! Mike and his wife (sorry, didn’t catch her name), did an amazing job decorating, and not only for their decorations but also for having a cohesive theme. Let’s take a closer look.. the bushes in the front match colors, the animals and other characters are all in white, besides Santa, the Marry Christmas signs is a great addition and the whole yard is covered in (fake) snow.. in fact, even the side yard and little patch of land by the garage was covered as…

Trash Pickup Day Change Coming in Jan 2021
Our trash and recycle (and by recycle I mean our second blue trash can, as City of Surprise no longer recycles for the time being) pick up day will be changing to Wednesday in January. This is effective Jan 3rd. This mean our current trash pickup day would have been Monday, which is Jan 3rd, but now instead we will set out our trash on Tuesday nights for pick up on Wednesdays. I will repeat that.. DO NOT set trash out on Sunday Jan 2nd… DO set it out on Tuesday Jan 4th for PICK UP ON Wednesday Jan 5th.…
