The Board of Directors held the annual meeting last night and I want to apologize as there was some confusion on where the meeting would be held. I was my understanding that it would take place at the ramada in the park, as it usually is, but our Community Manager had put out an email a while back about a Zoom meeting, which I didn’t take knowledge of.

The outcome of the meeting was great in terms of discussion and takeaways, however we did not make quorum with the number of votes. This means we will need to have a second attempt meeting.

This second attempt meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 24th, 2026. All previously residents that have voted, will not need to re-cast your vote, as the previous vote will remain for the second attempt. You will be seeing more info about the second attempt soon.

The second meeting will start at 5:00 pm under the ramada at the park. There will not be any online Zoom meeting available.

This is only a second attempt of the annual meeting election and no General session nor Exec meeting will take place. Therefore, no one will be publicly heard. If should have questions, please reach out to our Community Manager directly.
