From Friday, Nov 21st thru Sunday, Nov 23rd, between the suggested times 6am – 2pm, we will be continuing our community yard sale event. This is because we didn’t put up the banners in time last week. So we have left the banners up all week to help advertise for this weekend. We will have placed banners at the entry points where heavy traffic enters or drives by to advertise the event.

There is nothing special you need to do, nor do you need to notify the HOA Board or Community Manager, just hold your own yard sale at your residence. The purpose of this community yard sale event is to let the community and surrounding areas know of multiple yard sales happening within our community with the hopes that you’ll have a larger number of people passing through who are seeking yard sales.. You may, of course, hold your own hours, the times we presented are only a suggestion.
