Community Yard Sale & Banners
Last we didn’t get the banners up on time like we had wanted to. We apologize for this and we wanted to extend the community yard sale event to this weekend as well. We have purposely left the banners up this whole week to help advertise the event. Rain? Yes, most likely it will rain this weekend again. So keep that in mind and use any canopies you have or leave everything in your garages and just have the door open, to show off your goods. New Signs
We have added new signs on Acoma and 159th and 157th. The above sign, which just says Greenway Parc 2, Surprise AZ, was done in a style that I created for the message board, a sort of unofficial logo for GWP2. It’s meant to showcase the bounds of the community. The other, on 157th entrance from Acoma, sits just behind the monument on the west side. Community Yard Sales 2022
Event reminders have been created for this year’s community yard sales. Please click the links below if you wish to share them with friends and family. The sales are scheduled to take place: March 18, 19 and 20 June 10, 11 and 12 September 23, 24 and 25 Banners will be put up the weekend before each event.

Garage Sale Signs – A Reminder
While we do not mind if you place flyers or boxes showcasing your garage sale, we do ask that when the garage sale is over, to please pick up/remove any signage that you have placed. Let’s all do our part to help keep the community looking great!

Yard Sale and Arrow Signs
We held a successful community yard sale event recently, and while you may post your own yard sales and directional arrow signs, we ask that you please remove them once the sale is over. We have seen many signs still up after the event and even still after more than a week. Please ensure you clean up after yourselves and remove any signs, tape, boxes or anything else you have placed.

Successful Community Yard Sale – Nov 2020
We’ve heard from several neighbors and other residents about having a great turn out during our most recent community yard sale last weekend. The Board would like to thank all those who held yard sales and we hope during this difficult time, this community sale has helped out by adding a little extra spending money for this holiday season. We look forward to having another community yard sale in the spring time.
