The community has had a few of those “pick up after your dog” signs now for a while, so it only made sense to get a couple of the stations to hold bags for you to use to do just that.
These are just filled with standard grocery bags and any and all residents are asked to please keep these stations full. We all have extra bags laying around or from each time we go shopping, so we ask that you help keep these stations full by shoving those extra bags in them. This is the way most dog parks operate as well. There are 3 trashcans as well (2 in larger park, 1 in the smaller one), so please depose of those bags properly.
There are 2 of these stations, one in each park. The larger park (pictured) has its station on the north side on Evans. The smaller park has its station on the corner of 157th and Crocus, just between both parks.
Please also try to remember to keep your dogs on a leash if they’re out in the parks when others are around since the park is not gated.
