Starting next year, in January, the HOA monthly assessment fee will be increasing to by $3 to $70 per month. As you should be aware, we did not make an increase in 2023, as we didn’t believe it to be necessary, though most HOAs make an increase of some kind every year just because they can. That is not how we think.
This is not a decision we take lightly, and it is not something we want to do.. after-all we pay that fee just as you do, but because other costs go up, we also need to increase our fees so we can maintain our budget.
We take pride in the enhancements we’ve made over the past few years and there is more to come.
