Ho ho ho, neighbors! 🎅🏼 The holiday season is upon us, and we’re excited to bring some festive cheer to our community with a Christmas Decoration Contest! It’s time to spread some holiday magic and show off your creative spirit. We’re not looking for the biggest or most extravagant decorations — this is all about the best-designed display and the most thoughtful use of decorations that truly captures the holiday season!
Contest Details:
- How to Enter: Simply decorate your house with Christmas cheer, and you’ll be automatically entered into the contest! Whether it’s twinkling lights, wreaths, or a cozy front porch, we want to see your holiday spirit shine.
- Prize: The winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card (perfect for treating yourself to something special this season!) and a custom yard sign celebrating your win. The sign will be created by our HOA President, Jason, and painted by our Treasurer, Amy. It’s sure to be a beautiful reminder of your holiday creativity!
- Judging: The homes will be judged fairly, and the winner will be chosen by our amazing community manager, Ashley, from Brown Management. Don’t worry if you’ve got late fees or have paid ahead — the only thing being judged is your festive decorations! We want this to be fun and fair for everyone.
A Note on Halloween and Future Fun:
We know some of you were looking forward to a Halloween costume contest this year, but unfortunately, we ran into scheduling complications between the board members. We’re sorry we couldn’t make it happen, but we’re thrilled to be putting together this Christmas contest for you instead! 🎄 And we’re hopeful this will be the first of many fun holiday events we can continue in the future!

We understand that making repairs, repainting, landscaping, and all the other little tasks that improve our community are super important. But we also believe that events like this — and things like “meet your neighbor” events — are not just nice-to-haves, they’re vital to creating a warm, connected community.
