  • New Community Manager for 2025

    New Community Manager for 2025

Though, it wasn’t long ago that we got another new community manager from Brown Management, some times things just don’t work out. As such, we now welcome Caitlin Nagle as our new manager. Welcome Caitlin! She’s not new to the company, however, and manages quite a few communities along with ours, as most managers do. She has already proven to be a great addition to the community by not only picking up right where our previous manager was, but also ensuring we get emails and updates on a timely basis; which to say is very important to us. We are…

  • We Have A Winner!

    We Have A Winner!

We would like to Congratulate Mike on Gelding Dr Winner of our “Best Christmas Decorations” Contest! Mike and his wife (sorry, didn’t catch her name), did an amazing job decorating, and not only for their decorations but also for having a cohesive theme. Let’s take a closer look.. the bushes in the front match colors, the animals and other characters are all in white, besides Santa, the Marry Christmas signs is a great addition and the whole yard is covered in (fake) snow.. in fact, even the side yard and little patch of land by the garage was covered as…

  • New Landscaper 2024

    New Landscaper 2024

In the past 6 or 7 years, this community has been through a number of landscapers. Why? To put it lightly, they weren’t good enough. They gave excuses as to why things weren’t getting done, rather than just doing them. We had to walk the property with them, showing how “we want things done” even though they were regular things any landscaper should be doing on a regular basis, but they would say “that’s above and beyond regular.” You’d think we were asking them to make this place look like Disneyland, when all we wanted was to ensure weeds were…

  • Election Results 2024

    Election Results 2024

First, I must apologize for not getting this out sooner. We’ve all had things going on in the community and personally which has allowed time quickly. The new Board members are myself, and still your President, Jason Etzel, have now had a chance to get their proper seats on the Board. Brian Fodell will be Vice President and Amy Lanham as Treasurer. Brian has previous Board experience in another community as their President and is already fitting in nicely. Amy was voted onto the Board the past few months before the election, taking over a seat when another member left…

  • New Signs

    New Signs

We have added new signs on Acoma and 159th and 157th. The above sign, which just says Greenway Parc 2, Surprise AZ, was done in a style that I created for the message board, a sort of unofficial logo for GWP2. It’s meant to showcase the bounds of the community. The other, on 157th entrance from Acoma, sits just behind the monument on the west side. This is meant to inform guests and residents of this website, where all information and updates are posted to. Really though, the main reason we added these signs is because we had already placed…

  • Annual Meeting & Voting Results 2024

Annual Meeting & Voting Results 2024

Last night we held our annual meeting, or rather we would have, had we met quorum. But once again, we did not, and thus the current board members are still your board members for the time being. The board did have the option of holding a second ballot, but considering the couple years we haven’t met quorum as well, we opted not to. But then we figured we might as well try again. So a second attempt will be held June 4th, at 6pm. Current Board members, until the next meeting, are… Jason EtzelPresident Anthony WinklerTreasurer We did have some…

  • Annual Easter Egg Hunt & More

Annual Easter Egg Hunt & More

This year, Easter comes early.. so we’ll be celebrating on Saturday, March 30th, starting 10:00AM. The whole community is invited come down and join in the festivities, but please know that only children 10 years and younger may take place in the egg hunt. We will have other activities and candy for everyone else. Saturdays are usually a better day to have the community get together, that way families can have Sunday for doing their own activities. There will be plenty of candy, food, drinks and fun for all! Please see below for more details and what you can do,…

  • HOA Assessment Fee Increase

    HOA Assessment Fee Increase

Starting next year, in January, the HOA monthly assessment fee will be increasing to by $3 to $70 per month. As you should be aware, we did not make an increase in 2023, as we didn’t believe it to be necessary, though most HOAs make an increase of some kind every year just because they can. That is not how we think. This is not a decision we take lightly, and it is not something we want to do.. after-all we pay that fee just as you do, but because other costs go up, we also need to increase our…
