  • Tree Trimming – August 2020

    Though our landscaping vendor, BightView, started a few days later than scheduled, they having begun trimming trees and taking care of other trees and branches that have fallen. Please know that it will take some time to get to all of the trees in the community but, yes, they will get to them all. If you notice any fallen branches or trees that need attention immediately, please contact our community management team as soon as possible.

  • New Landscaping Vendor

    The Board would like to welcome BrightView as our new community landscaping company. We are excited to have them and you may have already seen them out making observations and detailed notes on what needs to be done. They have, in fact, already taken care a of few branches that needed removing as well as investigate the water leakage that took place in the park last weekend, which spread onto the basketball court.   • Landscaper Termination

    Our current landscaper, despite our last post where the Board mentioned the landscaper was doing an irrigation audit, their services just didn’t cut it. Their services with our community will end on July 30th. Please know that the Board is aware of how the common areas look and we are actively working on this issue. With help from Thrive, our new management company, the Board will have a new landscaper in place in August. If you see standing or pooling water, please contact the Board or Management immediately, links to contact are at top right of the page.

  • Irrigation Audit – July 2020

    Our landscaping company has been on site the past few days doing an audit of our irrigation system. This includes all sprinklers, drip lines, valves and leaking pipes. They have, in fact, already replaced a few broken valves, some sprinklers and many drip lines that were missing their caps, which causes them to flow water faster, wasting it and flooding parts of our sidewalks and spilling over into the streets.   • Pest Control Boxes / Traps – July 2020

    Our pest control vendor, City Wide, has placed box traps around the community. These will usually be placed behind bushes, but may still be visible. Our community, and others around us, including Calibre school, has been having gofer issues. These traps have been mainly set to capture them, but there has been a report of a rat as well. If you happen to see any of these boxes or someone else close to them, please do not touch them and ask anyone nearby not to touch them as well, especially any kids that could potentially pick them up and perhaps…

  • Assessment Statements – July 2020

    Community residents may have received a July 2020 assessment statement from Thrive Community Management stating that both July and August fees were due, but please be aware that you only need to pay for the month of July at this time. Also some residents may have had credits or outstanding balances that weren’t reflected on this assessment statement. Thrive is doing their best to get all the information in order but please bare with them as it may take a month or two for this information is fully up to date.   • Paying HOA Assessments

    Community members were sent an assessment statement with payment coupon for June 2020 by CMC, our former management company. But upon trying to pay, they were told there was no account available for our community to accept payment. This is because we now have a new community management company, Thrive. They will be sending out assessments and you should be receiving a welcome letter from them in the next few days.
