Homeless Man in Park
On Thursday morning, a homeless man was seen in the smaller park off 157th and Crocus. This is right where the school bus picks up and drops off kids. The man setup a tent under the ramada and had apparently been there since the night before. The Police were called out and they told the […]

New Landscaper 2024
In the past 6 or 7 years, this community has been through a number of landscapers. Why? To put it lightly, they weren’t good enough. They gave excuses as to why things weren’t getting done, rather than just doing them. We had to walk the property with them, showing how “we want things done” even […]

Accent Lights on the New Steps
We’ve added some accent solar lights to the newly installed platform steps at the north side of the large park. While it wasn’t that dark there at night, it does provide some light to show where the steps edges are. Stay tuned for more lighting updates soon.

It has been determined that our irrigation system is in greater disrepair […]

Introducing Poor Daddy’s Landscaping
The State of the Community Good help is hard to come by. As President of this community’s Board of Directors, I can honestly say that Wayne (VP) and myself have constantly tried to get our past landscaping vendor to do what they were contractually obligated to do. In fact, Wayne has personally walked this community […]

This Community Rocks!
We had previously placed rocks in some spots to add some curb appeal however, some of those placements weren’t exactly what we had pictured. So with a few tweaks, I think everyone will agree that it’s an improvement. Not only that, but key placed rocks on the corner of 157th and Evans, has stopped the […]

How to Report Monsoon Season Damages
While I’m sure we all know how to stay safe and to try stay indoors during the monsoon storms, what may not be clear is how to report certain things, like a downed tree, community damages or other leaking water. There are contact listings available on this website which we try to keep it updated […]

Many New Plants have been Planted
As stated previously, BrightView, our landscaping vendor, has been actively planting new plants in the common areas and along the streets. We are planting over 400 new plants as well as ensuring existing plants will be getting the water they need and any unused drip lines will be capped off. Later, in a few weeks, […]
