We recently had our water retention area (WRA) drains cleaned and while they were out inspecting them, the Board we notified about a some cracks around a drain. We have a vendor on site cleaning and do some repairs to our sewer drains. This is a much needed clean which will definitely help clear the floodings in the parks caused by the monsoon season.

As stated previously, BrightView, our landscaping vendor, has been actively planting new plants in the common areas and along the streets.
