We’re thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Christmas Decorations Contest!

Just like last year, our very own HOA President, Jason, will be designing a custom yard sign for the winner — perfect for showing off those hard-earned holiday bragging rights! 🏆

Fair Judging

👀 Judging will take place just before Christmas Day.
The winning decorations will be based on the best overall holiday spirit, most creativity and/or design theme.
This isn’t about the most decorations, it how they are used and displayed.
🎅 To keep it fair and festive, judging will be done but a non resident, by our Community Manager Caitlin (Brown Management).
