The Board of Directors held an annual meeting this past Saturday, but unfortunately there were not enough votes to make quorum for the election. This means we must hold another election/annual meeting.
The 2nd attempt annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May, 12th at 6:30PM.
What is a Quorum?
The Association has 274 Members. According to the Associations Bylaws, 10% of those eligible to vote constitutes a quorum in order for the meeting to be held. Therefore, 28 Homeowners (if all 274 members are in good standing) must be represented, in person or by absentee ballot, at this Annual Meeting in order for it to be officially recognized. So, if you are unable to attend the meeting please return your signed absentee ballot to the above address to be used for quorum.
If you did vote, don’t worry, all votes that were submitted, will remain valid and new ballots will be sent out again to residents whom did not cast a vote. You can submit your vote, via mail, email and bring it to the meeting.
