While I’m sure we all know how to stay safe and to try stay indoors during the monsoon storms, what may not be clear is how to report certain things, like a downed tree, community damages or other leaking water.
There are contact listings available on this website which we try to keep it updated and add to it all the time. If you feel there are important listings that should be included, please contact the Board and let us know.
I will include some of the more important contacts below (click the titles for more info):
- Downed Trees
Trees that have broken branches hanging down or broken off or even whole trees that may have come down due to a storm or high winds should immediately be reported to our community manager and/or the HOA Board. If a tree is blocking part of a street, then in this case, you can notify the city of Surprise and they should come remove the tree or at least move it off the road. - Water Outage or Leak
If there is a leak within the community, this may just be a irrigation issue and should be reported to the community manager right away. However, if there is a flooded area or you house is without water, Epcor should be contacted. If you are in the need of sand bags, help is available through city of Surprise. - Power Outage
If you are experiencing a power outage, please contact APS immediately. - Cox Outage
Please call Cox Communications directly to report any cable tv, internet or phone outages or issues. - Centurylink Outage
Please call CenturyLink directly to report phone, tv, or internet outages or issues in the area. - Street Light Outage and More
Street lights that are out can be reported online through the city of Surprise’s website. They also now have a mobile app available. Besides street lights, a number of things can be reported through this website including, graffiti, missing signs, flooded roadways, potholes or you can even request certain records. - Bulk Trash Pickup
If you need to schedule a bulk trash pickup, please contact the city of Surprise’s Solid Waste Department. Please do not place these pickups on the street until the night before of the pickup. If you need to place it before then, please contact the community manager or HOA Board.
Please note that if you contact the community manager in these cases, they will notify the Board as well.
