We would like to welcome and invite your new and current community residents to come to our libraries in Surprise, Arizona. We offer various services to cardholders. All they will need to obtain a library card is proof of residency in Maricopa County. Please see the attached flier that you can choose to attach to your newsletters or print out to give to residents.
