Irrigation Audit – July 2020

Posted on

Our landscaping company has been on site the past few days doing an audit of our irrigation system. This includes all sprinklers, drip lines, valves and leaking pipes.

They have, in fact, already replaced a few broken valves, some sprinklers and many drip lines that were missing their caps, which causes them to flow water faster, wasting it and flooding parts of our sidewalks and spilling over into the streets.

These leaks have been an issue in this community for some time and is of top priority to get resolved.

In addition to the irrigation, they also did some safety trimming of low hanging branches. These should be maintained at a height of 7 feet.
