Our current landscaper, despite our last post where the Board mentioned the landscaper was doing an irrigation audit, their services just didn’t cut it. Their services with our community will end on July 30th.
Please know that the Board is aware of how the common areas look and we are actively working on this issue.
With help from Thrive, our new management company, the Board will have a new landscaper in place in August.
