  • Disc Golf Nets in the Park

Disc Golf Nets in the Park

To continue our efforts improving the parks and providing more activities, the Board has had 4 disc (Frisbee) golf nets installed. These are permanent and were placed in such areas to provide enough space between them and also so the there wont be tons of Frisbees being thrown into the streets. You will of course need to provide your own discs (Frisbees) and choose any spot you’d like to stand in when throwing. We didn’t want to limit your options. These are only here for fun or practicing but if you want to make a game out of it, that’s…

  • Dog Waste Bag Stations

    Dog Waste Bag Stations

The community has had a few of those “pick up after your dog” signs now for a while, so it only made sense to get a couple of the stations to hold bags for you to use to do just that. These are just filled with standard grocery bags and any and all residents are asked to please keep these stations full. We all have extra bags laying around or from each time we go shopping, so we ask that you help keep these stations full by shoving those extra bags in them. This is the way most dog parks…

  • New Message Board & Shed

    New Message Board & Shed

The new community message board was finally installed this past weekend. It is a much needed part of this community that has been missing; a central single space for everyone to use to hang flyers, lost pets and business cards and for everyone to find the latest information on HOA meetings, events and news. This is the one spot all residents should come to, besides this website, to find information. Soon, a Lost & Found box will be added just below the message board as well. Message Board As stated above, this message board is not just for HOA Board…

  • 2022 Elections Did Not Meet Quorum

2022 Elections Did Not Meet Quorum

The Board of Directors held an annual meeting this past Saturday, but unfortunately there were not enough votes to make quorum for the election. This means we must hold another election/annual meeting. The 2nd attempt annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May, 12th at 6:30PM. If you did vote, don’t worry, all votes that were submitted, will remain valid and new ballots will be sent out again to residents whom did not cast a vote. You can submit your vote, via mail, email and bring it to the meeting.

  • Happy Easter Saturday!?

    Happy Easter Saturday!?

On Saturday, April 16th, starting around 10:00AM, the community will celebrate Easter by having fun in the large park. We figured Saturday would be better day to get the community together, that way families can have Sunday for doing their own activities. There are a couple of residents, Brittany and Kayci, that have volunteered to be a committee and will plan and run the event. There will be plenty of candy, food, drinks and fun for all! Please see below for more details and what you can do, should you want to help out. Details There will be a bounce…

  • Newly Painted Park Ramadas

    Newly Painted Park Ramadas

The ramadas in the parks have been newly painted with a cleaner look. As the colors of the community have more earthly tones, we removed the red color and we kept the green for the main color and yellow to match the table and benches. The basketball hoop post was also re-painted in yellow.

  • Irrigation Issues: Leaks and Flag Markers

Irrigation Issues: Leaks and Flag Markers

Recently your Board has received numerous inquiries regarding pooling of water in many areas of the common areas. Addressing irrigation issues on a case by case basis is time consuming and creating a backlog with Poor Daddy’s Landscaping, our community’s new landscape vendor. It has been determined that our irrigation system is in greater disrepair than anticipated or budgeted for in fiscal 2022. Working proactively, Poor Daddy’s has been instructed to perform a complete irrigation audit. At times you will see excess water leaking into areas of the common areas. This is intentional and necessary as the irrigation system has…

  • Introducing Poor Daddy’s Landscaping

    Introducing Poor Daddy’s Landscaping

The State of the Community Good help is hard to come by. As President of this community’s Board of Directors, I can honestly say that Wayne (VP) and myself have constantly tried to get our past landscaping vendor to do what they were contractually obligated to do. In fact, Wayne has personally walked this community almost everyday for over the past 1 year and a half watching the landscaping vendor, taking notes, talking to them, pointing things out, I mean you name it. And despite those efforts, the vendor just didn’t come through. Promises were broken, plants were not watered,…
