  • Blind Child Sign

    Blind Child Sign

It came to the attention of the Board that there is a bind child in the community. His family had tried to get a sign put up in the past letting drivers know that a blind child could be playing in the area. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, the city had denied them the requested sign. When the Board heard about this, we immediately reached out to our community manager, Rachael at Brown Management, to see if there was something we could do to help. Long story short, we connected with Rob over at AZ Spruce Up, which his company not only installed the double sided sign, but also donated it for the family and community.

Rob with AZ Spruce Up – Many thanks!!

Rob and his company have not only installed this sign, but also the new BBQ grills and trash cans in the parks. We will be using his company for other things as well in the future.

  • Goodbye Thrive, Welcome Brown

By now most of you should have received a notice from Brown Community Managemet, Inc., stating that they will be our new management company starting on November 1st. This is true. Greenway Parc 2 and our past management company, Thrive, have agreed to a mutual separation. While they were not with us for very long, they did help lay the foundation to get the community moving in the right direction and the HOA Board wishes them the greatest success.

We have chosen Brown Management to continue where Thrive is leaving off and we only see good things to come with this new management. Rachael Rich, will be our new community manager and even before they have officially started, I know her and the rest of the team at Brown Management have been hard at work getting things setup, working with Thrive to ensure a smooth transition and even looking in to getting bids on things the community still needs to work on.

The Board is also working on getting some much needed attention to the Acoma and 157th entry way monuments, adding granite (rocks) to areas that need it, replanting of flowers, plants and trees and other exciting property enhancements. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available as the Board will always post the latest news and updates here on this website. Also be sure to check back here from notifications about events and meetings. Be sure to sign up on our email list below.

  • State of Community – August 2020

While some things seem to be looking a little unsatisfactory around the community with fallen trees and plants dying, due mostly from the storms and because of remaining issues with the irrigation, but be rest ensured that the Board is on top of things. Please remember that we are mostly a new Board with a new management team and new vendors, which has led to things getting off to a slow start, and in fact, much slowing than we originally anticipated.

The Board is working with management and vendors to focus in on areas that needs attention first. Covid-19 has not made any of this easier on anyone and has also stopped us from having available meeting space on the school next door.

As Board members and as residents in this community that we share, please know we want it to look its best just as much as you do. We want things to run smoothly, we want to bring this community together and we want to share what’s going on. Creating this website and giving you access to our community management’s portal, where you can see the latest news and updates, find helpful information, pay bills online and still more to come, is but a small start of things we want to see get accomplished. And with your help and support, we will get things accomplished together.

If you have ideas, concerns or general questions about the community, please contact the community management team or the Board directly.

  • Paying HOA Assessments

Community members were sent an assessment statement with payment coupon for June 2020 by CMC, our former management company. But upon trying to pay, they were told there was no account available for our community to accept payment.

This is because we now have a new community management company, Thrive. They will be sending out assessments and you should be receiving a welcome letter from them in the next few days. This welcome letter will contain information on the multiple ways to pay your assessment fees and other fees as well.

Please disregarding the assessment you received from CMC.

We encourage all community members to visit Thrive’s website and get to know them.

Anette McCraw is our new community manager.

Use the links on the right hand side to contact Annette / Thrive.

  • Thrive Community Management

As you may know, CMC, whom was our previous community management company, had terminated their relationship with our community. That information was shared with the community at the meeting held on Thursday, June 11th, 2020.

Since then, the Board had been actively searching for a new management company, and had reached out to many. Between great communication and careful thought, the board has selected Thrive as our new community management company.

    Welcome to the community, Thrive!

The Boards encourage you to visit their website and get to know them. Soon you will be able to utilize their website for many things, including paying your assessment and other fees.

Use the links on the right to contract Thrive.
